Anigre wood plank, dry, planed and squared. Manually selected.

African wood, light yellow, slightly pink. Over time it darkens to a golden-brown hue. It has a smooth and shiny texture.

The smell of the cut wood is very similar to aromatic cedar, although milder.

It is relatively soft and very easy to work with, it does not present any problem with tools or machines, nor with gluing or applying finishes.

It is normally used for making furniture and light carpentry, although it is also used for boats.
