Shipping policy

All shipments are ground and to the European Union, so we are not able to ship to countries in South America, for example, nor to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

 

 

Delivery time

Orders are packaged the same day and handed over to the carrier in the next pickup.

Delivery time in mainland Spain is between 1 and 3 days.

Delivery time in Europe is between 4 and 10 days.

 

Shipping cost

Shipments within the Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €4.90.

Free shipping for orders over €50.

 

Shipments to Portugal: €8.50.

Free shipping for orders over €100.

 

Ground shipments to other Europe countries: €15.

Free shipping for orders over €150.

 

We do not ship outside of Europe or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
