Easy-to-use wood stain that accentuates the grain. Allows subsequent application of other finishes such as varnishes.

As with any finish, it is highly recommended to do some testing of the result on a cutout of wood as close as possible to that which will be used on the job.

Useful data:

• Drying time: 2 hours
• Approximate coverage: 14 m² per liter (each coat)
• Application: 1 or 2 coats, depending on the shade you want to achieve.
• Cleaning tools: water

Preparation:

• If the wood is not new, remove the previous finishes with stripper or wax remover.
• Previously apply the protection products (anti-woodworm, for example) that are considered necessary.
• Before applying the stain, sand the wood to at least a medium grit (P120). All previous marks that may be on the wood (scratches, planer marks, saw marks, etc.) must be removed with the sandpaper. Finer sandpaper than P120 can be used, but will reduce stain absorption into the wood. After sanding completely remove any traces of dust.

Application:

• Shake the bottle before use.
• The use of gloves is recommended.
• Apply the dye with a brush or cloth in 1 or 2 coats depending on the tone you want to achieve.
• Remove excess with a cloth.
• Allow to dry 2 hours before applying the next layer or the finishing product (varnish).
